Amazing

Absolutely fantastic half day tour across Roebuck Bay to see fossilised dinosaur footprints. Bec and Myles are exceptionally well versed, passionate about the environment and delightful hosts. I would recommend this as a MUST DO if you are in Broome… amazing, thank you!

Amazing experience! I was part of the Scenic & Prehistoric cruise and it’s absolutely beautiful - the views of Roebuck bay and Dampier Creek that you are able to get on this tour are unforgettable. Thank you to Bec, Miles and Erica for sharing their passion!

A Truly Memorable Experience

We began our Broome adventure with the Boab and Myrtle Chandon High Tea — not quite sure what to expect, but eager to try something a little different. And we’re so glad we did. Set against the stunning backdrop of Simpson Beach, the venue alone was worth the visit. The panoramic views created a serene atmosphere that perfectly set the tone for the afternoon. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail felt personal, as if we were being welcomed into someone’s home. The warmth and attentiveness of the hosts truly elevated the experience. Of course, we came for the food — and it far exceeded our expectations. Rather than a simple spread of light bites, we were treated to a vibrant array of locally inspired dishes. The Grand Marnier Camembert flambé, which the website touts as the highlight, absolutely lived up to its reputation. But every item complemented the next so beautifully, we made it our mission not to leave anything. Just when we thought we couldn’t be more impressed, dessert arrived — a unique selection of sweet creations thoughtfully paired with condiments that brought out the best in each bite. Choosing a favourite was impossible. The only regret? Missing out on the incredible cocktail menu — but with a sunset camel ride ahead of us, we decided to play it safe. We highly recommend lingering as long as allowed, skipping dinner plans or activities afterward, and indulge in that extra cocktail or a bottle of your favourite Chandon from the tasting flight. A truly memorable experience — one we wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely faultless tour from pickup to dropoff

We were collected from our accommodation by an air conditioned bus and taken to a beautiful site on Roebuck Bay where we sipped iced water, used the facilities and had a safety briefing. We climbed aboard the shallow draft boat which took us on a tour of the bay, letting us off to see remarkable sauropod footprints accompanied by a detailed talk by Miles. Miles knows a lot about dinosaurs! A trip up the creek with champagne and grazing platters enabled us to see birdlife and (fortunately only) hear about crocodiles. Another trip back across the bay concluded with a tasty and filling small plate menu - including a truly stunning flourless chocolate cake. This is an outstanding experience, strongly recommended.
